The paper focuses on the utilization of LTE-UMTS resources for communication or calls within Smart Grids to relay metering information or other data required. The LTE resource blocks (RBs) or UMTS codes are assigned to Smart Grid (SG) calls when they arrive in real time. The SG network relies on dynamic servers (mobiles or workstations) to store information sent to them. In this paper, each server will account for metering loads of five nearby meters.
