Single resistance controlled oscillator using unity gain cells

Abstract

A new variable frequency oscillator using unity gain cells is proposed whose frequency and gain controllability is provided by resistive elements. The oscillator can operate as an active-R system and it is suitable for fully integrated fabrication. Measurement results are also included that confirm the high proposed structure capabilities. 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
