Single Walled Carbon Nanotube Junctions for Nano-Electronics and Sensors

Abstract

Using a Fe-containing diblock copolymer as the catalyst, single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have been grown on Si/SiO2 substrate by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique.
