A simultaneous separation of anionic, cationic, and neutral compounds was carried out in capillary LC using a mixed-bed column of zwitterionic hydrophilic and anion-exchange stationary phases. The combination in stationary phases was suitable to retain anionic, cationic, and neutral analytes.
