Abstract

We established a novel cell line, TSU, from a oral cancer patient with marked leucocytosis. The culture supernatant of TSU cells promoted granulocytic colony formation by mouse bone marrow cells, indicating that TSU produced granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF).
