In this study, three fluoroquinolones, pazufloxacin, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin, were simultaneously determined in spiked human serum by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with fluorescence detection. Chromatography was performed using a C8 column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of 1% triethylamine (pH 3.0)/acetonitrile (86/14, v/v).
