Abstract A simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable multiresidue method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) is developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of 13 quinolone derivatives in urban wastewaters.
