Simulation of Flow and Dispersion on Pore-Space Images

Abstract

We simulate flow and transport directly on pore-space images obtained from a microcomputed-tomography (micro-CT) scan of rock cores. An efficient Stokes solver is used to simulate lowReynolds-number flows.
