  • A nanoscale receiver utilizing the cantilever of a carbon nanotube has been developed to detect phase information included in transmitted signals. The existing receiver consists of a phase detector and demodulator which employ a reference wave and carrier signal, respectively. This paper presents a design method to simplify the receiver in structure with enhancing the performance for the phase detection.
