OBJECTIVE We studied the frequency of silent laryngeal penetration or silent aspiration (SLP/SA) in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients with diurnal sialorrhea. PATIENTS AND METHODS In 19 consecutive PD patients with diurnal sialorrhea, swallow was evaluated using the videofluoroscopy analysis.
