The effects of pharmacological agents that interfere with the 1,4,5-inositol trisphosphate (IP3)/diacylglycerol (DAG) pathway on juvenile hormone (JH) biosynthesis by corpora allata (CA) of the cockroach Diploptera punctata have been investigated.
