Liver damage was investigated in rat using serum enzyme activities measurements. Responses were recorded 24 h after whole body inhalation exposure to vapors of bromobenzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, o-dichlorobenzene, 1,2-dichloroethane and dimethylformamide as model toxicants.
