OBJECTIVE The aim of this study is to reveal the correlation of shedding and expression of c-Met in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient. MATERIALS AND METHODS We measured soluble c-Met and c-Met level in a panel of pre-clinical models and 197 advanced Chinese NSCLC patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry, respectively.
