  • From 1995 to 2002, marine shells were collected by scuba diving and snorkeling to a depth of 20 m from northeastern Taiwan. In total, 208 species in 52 families were collected. Among them, five species are newly record from Taiwan. In addition, a revised list of 272 species in 65 families is tabulated from previous studies. To date, a total of 340 species in 67 families of marine shells has been reported from northeastern Taiwan, with 98% similarity to those of Japan, and 66% to those of the… CONTINUE READING
