Sexual quality of life in gender-dysphoric adults before genital sex reassignment surgery.
TLDR
It is indicated that before genital SRS, about half of gender-dysphoric subjects perceived their sexual life as "poor/dissatisfied" or "very poor/very dissatisfied" and receiving hormonal treatment, low negative feelings, and having a partner are related to a better subjective perception of sexual QoL.
Sexuality after Male-to-Female Gender Affirmation Surgery
TLDR
Orgasms after surgery were experienced more intensely than before in the majority of women in this cohort and neoclitoral sensitivity seems to contribute to enjoyment of sexual activity to a greater extent than neovaginal depth.

The very high rates of subjective satisfaction and the surgical outcomes indicate that gender reassignment surgery is beneficial, however, these findings must be interpreted with caution, because fewer than half of the questionnaires were returned.

Transgender Transitioning and Change of Self-Reported Sexual Orientation
