BB isoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase (CK-BB) obtained from human brain-extract changes its electrophoretic mobility after incubation in human serum at 37 degrees C. No change of electrophoretic mobility of CK-BB is observed after incubation in isotonic saline. We have shown by means of immunoprecipitation with specific antibodies that the structure of CK-BB is not changed.
