OBJECTIVE This retrospective study evaluates the efficacy and toxicity of topotecan, followed by cisplatin, in patients with persistent or recurrent cervical cancer. METHODS Twenty-four patients were included in the study. Ninety-two cycles of chemotherapy were administered during the study period.
