OBJECTIVE The validity of the sentinel lymph node (SLN) procedure for the assessment of nodal status in patients with endometrial cancer is unclear. We aimed to assess the diagnostic performance of this procedure. METHODS We searched the PubMed and Embase databases for studies published before June 1, 2011.
