The method and devices (SuFETTrs) for design of the bioelectronic sensors has been proposed. The method is based on combining the artificial sensors and organs of the senses with a nerve system of living beings for receiving recalibrated output signals. The circuits consist of the superconducting organic or solid-state field-effect transistor (SuFET) connected to a nerve fiber by the low-ohmic or nanotubes contacts.
