A Balinese woman, 52 years old, complained of hearing loss in both ears with dizziness. Patient had history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, not taking medication regularly. She was also suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 4, dyslipidemia. Based on audiometric test, the result was sudden sensorineural hearing loss moderate severe dextra et sinistra.
