OBJECTIVE To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the clinical features of three published diagnostic criteria for diffuse Lewy body disease (DLBD) using autopsy-confirmed Alzheimer's (AD), DLBD and AD+DLBD (mixed) dementia cases.
