Chronic illness has been described as a major disruption in one's everyday life. Studies have shown that people seek and use information to help them cope with their disease. Using the micro-moment time-line interview technique, this study focused on the information needs of people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who had recently experienced an exacerbation of their disease.
