The semileptonic $B_s (B) \to K_2^*(a_2, f_2) \ell\nu$, $\ell=\tau, \mu$ transitions are investigated in the frame work of the three-point QCD sum rules. Considering the quark condensate contributions, the relevant form factors of these transitions are estimated. The branching ratios of these channel modes are also calculated and compared with the obtained data for other approaches.

B → π, K, η Decay Formfactors from Light-Cone Sum Rules
We present an improved calculation of all B -> light pseudoscalar formfactors from light-cone sum rules, including one-loop radiative corrections to twist-2 and twist-3 contributions, and leading
Form factors and branching ratios of the FCNC $$B \rightarrow a_1 \ell ^{+}\ell ^{-}$$B→a1ℓ+ℓ- decays
We analyze the semileptonic $$B \rightarrow a_1 \ell ^+\ell ^-$$B→a1ℓ+ℓ-, $$\ell =\tau , \mu , e$$ℓ=τ,μ,e transitions in the framework of the three-point QCD sum rules in the standard model. These
Semileptonic Decay of B and D → K ∗ 0 ( 1430 ) l̄ν From QCD Sum Rule
We calculate B (s) , and D (s) to K * 0 (1430) transition form factors, and study semileptonic decays of B (s) and D (s) → K * 0 (1430) ¯ ℓν based on QCD sum rule. Measuring these semileptonic decays
Form-factors of heavy to light B decays at large recoil
General relations between the form factors of B decays to light mesons are derived using the heavy quark and large recoil expansion. On their basis the complete account of contributions of second

The authors present the predictions of ISGW2, an update of the ISGW quark model for semileptonic meson decays. The updated model incorporates a number of features which should make it more reliable,
Averages of $b-$hadron and $c-$hadron Properties at the End of 2007
This article reports world averages for measurements of b-hadron and c-hadron properties obtained by the Heavy Flavor Averaging Group (HFAG) using the results available at the end of 2007. For the
B → Sγ Branching Fraction and Cp Asymmetry
We present preliminary results on b → sγ from the CLEO experiment. An updated result on the branching fraction is reported at B(b → sγ) = (3.15 ± 0.35±0.32±0.26)×10 , where the first uncertainty is
QCD sum rule analysis of the decays B-->Kl+l- and B-->K*l+l-
The analysis of the invariant mass distribution of the lepton pair in B and K and of the angular asymmetry in B provides interesting tests of the Standard Model and its extensions.
