Semi-microscopic calculations of neutron elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections are calculated between 3.4 and 15 MeV by utilising the microscopic optical model of Jeukenne, Lejeune and Mahaux (1977) together with Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov deformed nucleon density distributions. The coupled-channel formalism and the adiabatic rotational model are employed.
