Regeneration of transformed flax shoots after inoculation withAgrobacterium tumefaciens carrying a binary vector with either a neomycin phosphotransferase (nptII) gene and a β-glucuronidase (GUS) reporter gene or a spectinomycin resistance gene was examined.
