Abstract The new project GENIUS will cover a wide range of the parameter space of predictions of SUSY for neutralinos as cold dark matter. Together with DAMA it will be the only experiment which can probe the seasonal modulation signal. Concerning hot dark matter GENIUS will be able to fix the (effective) neutrino mass with high accuracy. A GENIUS Test Facility has just been funded and will come into operation by end of 2002.

Testing SUGRA Models
A brief review is given of the ways of testing SUGRA unified models and a class of string models using data from precision electroweak experiments, Yukawa unification constraints, and constraintsExpand
Upper limits on sparticle masses from WMAP dark matter constraints with modular invariant soft breaking
An analysis of dark matter within the framework of modular invariant soft breaking is given. In such scenarios inclusion of the radiative electroweak symmetry breaking constraint determines tanβExpand
Higgsino dark matter in a SUGRA model with nonuniversal gaugino masses
We study a specific SUGRA model with nonuniversal gaugino masses as an alternative to the minimal SUGRA model in the context of supersymmetric dark matter. The lightest supersymmetric particle inExpand
WMAP data and recent developments in supersymmetric dark matter
A brief review is given of the recent developments in the analyses of supersymmetric dark matter. Chief among these is the very accurate determination of the amount of cold dark matter in theExpand
Neutrino masses, nuclear matrix elements, and the 0νββ decay of 76Ge
Neutrino data, obtained from SNO, SK, CHOOZ, KamLAND, and WMAP, are used to establish the upper limit of 〈mν〉 relevant for the 0νββ. The decay of 76Ge is discussed within different light-neutrinoExpand
Status of Evidence for Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay
The present experimental status in the search for neutrinoless double beta decay is reviewed, with emphasis on the first indication for neutrinoless double beta decay found in the HEIDELBERG-MOSCOWExpand
Modular invariant soft breaking, WMAP, dark matter, and sparticle mass limits
An analysis of soft breaking under the constraint of modular invariance is given. The role of dilaton and moduli dependent front factors in achieving a modular invariantExpand
Effect of realistic astrophysical inputs on the phase and shape of the WIMP annual modulation signal
The orbit of the Earth about the Sun produces an annual modulation in the WIMP direct detection rate. If the local WIMP velocity distribution is isotropic then the modulation is roughly sinusoidalExpand

TOPICAL REVIEW: Future perspectives of double beta decay and dark matter search - GENIUS
The recent results from the HEIDELBERG-MOSCOW experiment have demonstrated the large potential of double beta decay to search for new physics beyond the standard model. To increase by a major stepExpand
Double beta decay with Ge-detectors — and the future of double beta and dark matter search (GENIUS)
Abstract Nuclear double beta decay provides an extraordinarily broad potential to search for beyond Standard Model physics, probing already now the TeV scale, on which new physics should manifestExpand
Perspectives of double beta and dark matter search as windows to new physics
Nuclear double-beta decay provides an extraordinarily broad potential to search for beyond-standard-model physics, which is already probing the TeV scale, on which new physics should manifest itself.Expand
Neutralino Proton Cross Section and Dark Matter Detection
We consider the neutralino proton cross section for detection of Milky Way dark matter for a number of supergravity models with gauge unification at the GUT scale: models with universal soft breakingExpand
Status and Perspectives of Double Beta Decay — Window to New Physics Beyond the Standard Model of Particle Physics

Re-evaluation of the elastic scattering of supersymmetric dark matter
Abstract We examine the cross sections for the elastic scattering of neutralinos χ on nucleons p,n, as functions of mχ in the constrained minimal supersymmetric standard model. We find narrow bandsExpand
Neutrino mass from laboratory: contribution of double beta decay to the neutrino mass matrix
Double beta decay is indispensable to solve the question of the neutrino mass matrix together with ν oscillation experiments. The most sensitive experiment - since eight years the HEIDELBERG-MOSCOWExpand
