Green crop fractionation (GCF) consists of its by products viz., pulp, pressed crop (PC), juice and deproteinised juice (DPJ). The main fraction of GCF is Leaf protein concentrate (LPC). Experiments proved DPJ induces fungal growth including yeast and their metabolites like enzymes. In this experiment, to grow the fungi, DPJ from different foliages used as a medium for experimental basis and Potato Dextrose broth (PDB) medium as control, for comparison.
