Schizosthetus n. g. (type Eugamasus lyriformis McGr. and Farr., 1969) avec deux especes nouvelles (Parasitiformes, Parasitidae). members of the genus Schizosthetus n. g. are to be found under barks of pine trees, mostly associated with bark beetles. Collection records reflect more sampling distribution than biogeography of the genus (central and north Americas, Canary Islands, Portugal, north Russia).
