In this note we study the linear dynamics of scalar graviton in a de Sitter background in the infrared limit of the healthy extension of Horava-Lifshitz gravity with the dynamical critical exponent z = 3. Both our analytical and numerical results show that the nonzero Fourier modes of scalar graviton oscillate with an exponentially damping amplitude on the subhorizon scale, while on the superhorizon scale, the phases are frozen and they approach to some asymptotic values. In addition, as the… Expand

Considerations on the graviton excitation modes of Hořava-Lifshitz gravity
A bstractA new set of projection operators is constructed to suitably handle non-relativistic theories of gravity with anisotropic scaling, including the ones with parity-violating terms. ThisExpand
Soft breaking in Hořava Gravitational theory
We consider anisotropic gravity at the conformal point of the kinetic term of the Hořava Gravity. This value is protected under quantum corrections by the constraints of the theory. The symmetry ofExpand
Inflation in general covariant Hořava-Lifshitz gravity without projectability
A bstractIn this paper, we study inflation in the general covariant Hořava-Lifshitz gravity without the projectability condition. We write down explicitly the equations of the linear scalarExpand
On Gauge Invariant Cosmological Perturbations in UV-modified Horava Gravity
We consider gauge invariant cosmological perturbations in UV-modified, z=3 Horava gravity with one scalar matter field, which has been proposed as a renormalizable gravity theory without the ghostExpand
Stable singularity-free cosmological solutions in nonprojectable Hořava-Lifshitz gravity
We find stable singularity-free cosmological solutions in non-flat Friedmann-Lema\^{i}tre-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) spacetime in the context of Ho\v{r}ava-Lifshitz (HL) theory. Although we encounterExpand
Consistency and renormalization of the λ = 1/3 soft breaking model of the complete Hořava theory
We discuss the ? = 1/3 soft breaking of the complete Horava theory we have recently introduced. We show the consistency of the theory from the point of view of the algebra of the constraints and ofExpand
Hořava Gravity in the Effective Field Theory formalism: From cosmology to observational constraints
Abstract We consider Hořava gravity within the framework of the effective field theory (EFT) of dark energy and modified gravity. We work out a complete mapping of the theory into the EFT languageExpand
Hořava gravity at a Lifshitz point: A progress report
Hořava’s quantum gravity at a Lifshitz point is a theory intended to quantize gravity by using traditional quantum field theories. To avoid Ostrogradsky’s ghosts, a problem that has been facing inExpand
Nonperturbative analysis of the constraints and the positivity of the energy of the complete Hořava theory
We perform a nonperturbative analysis to the Hamiltonian constraint of the lowest-order effective action of the complete Ho\ifmmode \check{r}\else \v{r}\fi{}ava theory, which includes aExpand
Consistency of the Hamiltonian formulation of the lowest-order effective action of the complete Hořava theory
We perform the Hamiltonian analysis for the lowest-order effective action, up to second order in derivatives, of the complete Horava theory. The model includes the invariant terms that depend onExpand
