In this paper, we propose a novel efficient scheme for robust video transmission over wireless channels. The schema consists of motion compensated spatio-temporal wavelet decomposition scalable coder and double binary turbo code. The scalable bitstream is adapted with unequal error protection according to the relevance of video layers in the scalable bitstream.
