Results of the pot culture experiment revealed that, major and micro nutrients uptake and partitioning of the essential nutrients viz., N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, were significantly affected due to salt stress, while salt induced accumulation of toxic elements viz., Na, Cl, Al, Mo, and Cu was enhanced particularly in Si 94050 and Co 85036 (susceptible genotypes). The resistant genotypes, C 92038 and Co 85004 performed better by maintaining higher N, P, K, Ca, Mg and higher K/Na ratio. Sodium… CONTINUE READING
