Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles are widely used for controlled delivery of bioactive agents in therapeutic applications. These nanoparticles show bioavailability, better encapsulation, controlled release, biocompatibility, and in vivo biodegradability.
