Abstract The study was performed to explore the safety of sulfonylurea herbicide Sigma Broad (mesosulfuron-methyl and iodosulfuron-methyl sodium) on Radix Isatidis ( Isatis Indigotica Fort.) seedlings and the photosynthetic physiological response of the crop to the herbicide.
