Introduction Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (SJIA) is frequently refractory to standard therapy. Tocilizumab, an anti-IL-6 receptor antibody, has demostrated efficacy and safety in this pathology. Case Description We report the case of a 1-year-6-months-old girl with persistent fever, maculopapular rash, lymphadenopathies, arthritis and hepatosplenomegaly.
