2031 SU014813 is a broad-spectrum receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor similar to SU011248. SU014813 has low nanomolar potency and selectivity for multiple split kinase domain RTKs including Flk-1/KDR (VEGFR2), PDGFRα and β, cKit and Flt-3 as assessed by the biochemical- and cellular-based assays.
