This paper studied the stridulating files of the genus Phonarellus Gorochov 1983 [P. minor(Chopard1969), P. flavipes Hsia et al 1991,P. ritsemae(Saussure 1877) ]through a scanning electron microscope(SEM). We found the common characteristics of the three species :files slightly curly in middle, angle right or acute, teeth distributed in angle, number of teeth laying 90 to 110, length of teeth laying 65 to 80μm, ratio of length/width of teeth laying 3 to 4,teeth irregular ellipse… Expand
