A simple, rapid, and precise, RP-HPLC method for si multaneous analysis of Amlodipine (AMD) and Valsart an (VSN) in plasma has been developed and validated. A mlodipine was separated from Valsartan by use of a 25 cm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5-μm particle, C18 column with 47:53 (v/v) Acetonitrile: 20mM phospha te buffer, pH adjusted to 3.5 as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 0.8 mL min .
