Peptic ulcer disease is a chronic problem of the gastrointestinal tract characterized by mucosal damage secondary to pepsin and gastric acid secretion. Herbal medicines are generally used in cases when drugs are to be used for chronic periods. The study was conducted to evaluate antiulcerogenic activity of convolvulus pluricaulis in wistar rats.
