We develop, for the first time, sampled-data distributed H∞ control of a class of parabolic systems. These systems are governed by one-dimensional semilinear transport reaction equations with additive disturbances. A network of stationary sensing devices provides spatially averaged state measurements over the N sampling spatial intervals. We suggest a sampled-data controller design, where the sampling intervals in time and in space are bounded. Our sampleddata static output feedback enters the…

Networked H∞ filtering of semilinear diffusion PDEs
TLDR
A network-based H∞ filter for semilinear diffusion partial differential equations over a rectangular domain under distributed in space measurements to enlarge the sampling time intervals, while preserving a satisfactory error system performance in the presence of variable network-induced delays.
Delayed boundary control of a heat equation under discrete-time point measurements
TLDR
A boundary controller is derived that guarantees the exponential stability of the closed-loop system with an arbitrary decay rate smaller than that of the observer by applying the backstepping transformation to the future state estimation.
Sampled-data relay control of diffusion PDEs
Sampled-Data observers for semilinear damped wave equations under point measurements
TLDR
For the first time, a sampled-data observer is constructed for a hyperbolic system governed by 1D semilinear wave equation with viscous damping by using the time-delay approach to sampled- data control and an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional.

Sampled-data H ∞ control and filtering : Nonuniform uncertain sampling
Sampled-data H∞ control of linear systems is considered. The measured output is sampled and the only restriction on the sampling is that the distance between sequel sampling times does not exceed a

Dynamic practical stabilization of sampled-data linear distributed parameter systems
In this paper, dynamic practical stability properties of infinite-dimensional sampled-data systems are discussed. A family of finite-dimensional discrete-time controllers are first designed to
