Russell body gastritis: expanding the spectrum of Helicobacter pylori - related diseases?

We report a new case of Helicobacter pylori gastritis showing plasma cell infiltrates with extensive formation of Russell bodies (Mott cells) within the lamina propria of the antral mucosa.
