Herein, we report the case of a 52-year-old female with new-onset right upper quadrant pain and hypertension. She was found to have hemoperitoneum upon surgical exploration. Visceral angiography demonstrated a left hepatic artery aneurysm and an occluded right renal artery. The patient was treated with percutaneous angiographic embolization of the left hepatic artery, followed by right nephrectomy and cholecystectomy.
