reviewed 148 cases of spontaneousabdominal arteriovenous fistula reported since 1955.In only 19 of these the fistula was situated betweenthe left or right common iliac artery and vein.In this case report a patient is presented with ruptureof an aneurysm of the right common iliac artery intothe common iliac vein, presenting as acute cardiacfailure.
