Rosselli-Gulienetti Syndrome (RGS) is an inherited genetic disease, follows an autosomal recessive pattern of inheritance. This is a case of completely edentulous RGS with incomplete closure of the roof of the mouth and a cleft lip with an Oronasal communication.
