Rosai–Dorfman disease (RDD) is a non-neoplastic, selflimiting disease of bone marrow stem cell origin. It is characterised by bilateral painless cervical lymphadenopathy accompanied by fever, leucocytosis, elevated ESR and hypergammaglobulinaemia.
