Endothelin (ET) receptor antagonists are of great potential clinical interest for the treatment pathological conditions associated with vasospasm, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). We developed for parenteral use a compound of a class of trifunctionalized heteroarylsulfonamide pyrimidines specially designed for high water solubility.
