BACKGROUND Little is known about the prognostic value of myocardial perfusion single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) in patients with remote prior myocardial infarction (MI). METHODS AND RESULTS We identified 1413 consecutive patients with remote prior MI who underwent rest-stress myocardial perfusion SPECT.
