Despite the high prevalence of antimicrobial resistance among Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteremia, the clinical consequence of resistance remains unclear. The purpose of this study was to identify predictors of mortality and evaluate the clinical impact of antimicrobial resistance on outcome in P. aeruginosa bacteremia.
