We consider the possibility that a right-handed sneutrino can serve as the source of energy density perturbations leading to structure formation in cosmology. The cosmological evolution of a coherently oscillating condensate of right-handed sneutrinos is studied for the case where reheating after inflation is due to perturbative inflaton decays. For the case of Dirac neutrinos, it is shown that some suppression of Planck scalesuppressed corrections to the right-handed neutrino superpotential is…
Right-handed sneutrino condensate cold dark matter and the baryon-to-dark matter ratio
The similarity of the observed densities of baryons and cold dark matter suggests that they have a common or related origin. This can be understood in the context of the MSSM with right-handed (RH)
Sneutrino Inflation in the Light of WMAP: Reheating, Leptogenesis and Flavour-Violating Lepton Decays
Abstract We reconsider the possibility that inflation was driven by a sneutrino—the scalar supersymmetric partner of a heavy singlet neutrino—in the minimal seesaw model of neutrino masses. We show
Large non-Gaussianity generated after D-term inflation by right-handed sneutrino curvaton
In this paper, we consider large non-Gaussianity generated after D-term inflation in the case that the adiabatic curvature perturbation produced is dominated by a right-handed (RH) sneutrino
The Curvaton as a pseudoNambu-Goldstone boson.
The field responsible for the cosmological curvature perturbations generated during a stage of primordial inflation might be the ``curvaton'', a field different from the inflaton field. To keep the
Cosmological consequences of MSSM flat directions
We review the cosmological implications of the flat directions of the minimally supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). We describe how field condensates are created along the flat directions because
RIGHT-HANDED SNEUTRINO CURVATON AND NON-GAUSSIANITY
In this paper, we explore the parameter space for a Right-Handed (RH) sneutrino curvaton that can generate large non-Gaussianity without assuming any particular inflation sector. The mass of the RH
Consequences of MSSM curvatons
Curvaton is an effectively massless field whose energy density during inflation is negligible but which later becomes dominant. During inflation the curvaton receives isocurvature perturbations,
Curvatons in supersymmetric models
We study the curvaton scenario in the supersymmetric framework, paying particular attention to the fact that scalar fields are inevitably complex in supersymmetric theories. If there is more than one
Non-Gaussianity from two right-handed sneutrino curvaton decays
In this paper, we consider the effect of two right-handed sneutrino curvaton decays and investigate the parameter space. We compare the difference of the result between single- and two-curvaton
Some recent work on the curvaton paradigm
I review the simplest curvaton scenario. Using a pseudo Nambu-Goldstone boson as curvaton avoids the η -problem of inflation which plagues most curvaton candidates. Then I report on a collaboration
