OBJECTIVE To delineate the phenotype and function of synovial T cells in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). METHODS T cells from normal subjects or from RA peripheral blood (PB), synovial fluid (SF), or synovial tissue (ST) were analyzed phenotypically and functionally.
