In this retrospective review of 58 patients (12 females and 46 males) with pulmonary metastases of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck treated between January 1, 1970, and December 31, 1989, we evaluated their clinical courses and analyzed the outcomes of those who underwent pulmonary resection.
